Here's an easy recipe for you to try at home: Ingredients for Chole : 2 cups chickpeas, soaked overnight 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp cumin powder 2 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste 2 cups water Chopped fresh coriander for garnish Ingredients for Bhature: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup warm water Oil for frying Instructions for Chole: 1. Rinse the soaked chickpeas and drain the water. 2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds. 3. Add chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent. 4. Here's an easy recipe for making aloo tikki: Ingredients : 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 2 green chilies, finely chopped 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste Oil for frying Directions : 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
