How to make aloo samosa ?

Here's an easy recipe for making aloo samosas at home:

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup water 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed 1/2 cup frozen peas 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, and salt. Mix well. 2. Gradually add the water to the flour mixture while kneading the dough. Knead until the dough is smooth and pliable. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set it aside to rest for 30 minutes. 3. In a separate pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds. Fry for a few seconds until the seeds start to pop. 4. Add the mashed potatoes and frozen peas to the pan. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. 5. Add the garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another minute. 6. Roll out the dough into thin sheets and cut them into circles using a cookie cutter or a lid. 7. Take a circle of dough and fold it in half to form a cone. Seal the edges with water. 8. Fill the cone with the potato filling and seal the top with water. 9. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Add the samosas and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy. 10. Remove the samosas from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain off any excess oil. Your delicious aloo samosas are now ready to serve. Serve them hot with mint chutney or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
