Here's an easy recipe for making aloo samosas at home: Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup water 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed 1/2 cup frozen peas 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste Oil for deep frying Instructions: 1. In a large mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, and salt. Mix well. 2. Gradually add the water to the flour mixture while kneading the dough.
